eClinton is a small, fast-moving team building several products at once — payments, education, commerce, media, and more — which means the people who work here tend to wear more than one hat and enjoy it that way. If you like building things that people actually use, and you want to see your work ship rather than sit in a backlog, we’d like to meet you.
How We Work
- Ownership over instructions. We hire people we trust to make good calls, not people who need every decision handed to them.
- Ship, then improve. We’d rather launch something useful and refine it in the open than perfect it in isolation.
- Cross the aisle. Engineers talk to support, designers talk to finance. The ecosystem only works if the people building it talk to each other.
Where We Hire
We regularly look for people across engineering, product design, customer support, content and media, and growth — spanning eClinton Pay, eClinton Media, eClinton Academy, and the rest of the ecosystem. We don’t currently run a public job board, so the best way in is directly.
