These Terms & Conditions govern your use of eclinton.com and the products in the eClinton ecosystem, including eClinton Pay, eClinton Media, eClinton Academy, eClinton Market, and related subdomains. By accessing or using any of our services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
1. Our Services
eClinton operates a group of related digital platforms spanning payments and VTU (eClinton Pay), media and creative services (eClinton Media), education (eClinton Academy), marketplace commerce (eClinton Market), and other product subdomains. Some products may carry their own additional terms specific to that service, which apply alongside these general terms.
2. Accounts & Responsibilities
Where an account is required, you are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login details and any transaction PIN confidential. You agree to notify us promptly of any unauthorised use of your account.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, to interfere with the normal operation of our platforms, or to use our services to defraud us or any other person.
4. Payments & Transactions
Services such as eClinton Pay facilitate payments, transfers, and VTU purchases (airtime, data, bills). You are responsible for verifying transaction details before confirming, as completed transactions may not be reversible. We work to process transactions promptly but are not liable for delays caused by third-party networks, banks, or payment processors outside our control.
5. Intellectual Property
All eClinton branding, logos, designs, and original content on our platforms belong to eClinton Conglomerate (Reg. 7074012) or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.
6. Third-Party Links
Our ecosystem links between related eClinton subdomains and, occasionally, to third-party sites. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any site outside the eClinton ecosystem.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, eClinton is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to our services for any account found to be in breach of these terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or misusing the platform.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Nigerian courts.
